As part of our comprehensive strategy around Document Management Solution, First Legal has split its traditional reprographics department into two service units: First Digital Solutions, will focus on the on-demand nature of document production including litigation copy and preparation, scanning, indexing and ESI services. First Records Retrieval will provide many of the same functions, but will be driven either by a subpoena or authorization work order and the legal timelines that mandate such processes.
To facilitate the final transition in this process, First Reprographics is now First Records Retrieval...new name, new logo, same great service. Again, for those jobs where medical records, or any type of document for that matter, must be subpoenaed or authorized to retrieve, First Records Retrieval is your solution. In addition, First Records Retrieval is even able to act as your 3rd Party Deposition Officer.
Operationally, nothing changes. Tony Maddocks is the President of First Records Retrieval, with Martin Kayondo as his General Manager, supported by Mick Isbell and the newest member of our team, Christina Madole - Sales Representative.
